Rev. Cindy Worthington-Berry writes a lot of emails. And each one includes these words by Margaret Mead: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” This is what Cindy has experienced in her years of ministry; when people come together to bring God’s love to the world, it is amazing how the world – and each individual – can be transformed.
Rev. Cindy’s ministry at FCC Natick began in 2023. She was drawn to this congregation’s commitment to spiritual exploration and service to the community. Rev. Cindy currently co-chairs the Immigration, Refugee and Asylum Task Team of the Southern New England Conference of the UCC. She previously served congregations in Boxborough, Westwood, and Westford, MA.
In addition to writing emails, Rev. Cindy likes to travel, walk, read and hang out with her family, which includes her husband Paul, two cats, and adult sons Spenser and Lincoln.
