The Rules (Mark 2:23-28).

On this Communion Sunday we hear the story of people eating when they were hungry, even though it was against somebody’s rules. What rules have we set up – even without realizing it – that leaves other people hungry? We’ll have gluten-free bread, wine, and grape juice for communion onsite; folks participating online are invited to have a bit of food and drink handy. We will also take a special offering for the West Virginia Workcamp.
