They Did the Mash! 30 lbs. of Potatoes for Open Door

Part of hosting Open Door is preparing the food ahead of time. Our new church kitchen was amazingly efficient for making 30 lbs. of mashed potatoes the night before.

FCCN prepared and served a meal of meatloaf, green beans almondine, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, salad, and dessert (including Tim’s legendary chocolate chip cookies).

Our next Open Door dates are:

  • Monday, January 20
  • Monday, March 17
  • Monday, May 19.
